The grand Zavaleta estate, Finca Coyametla, embodies a legacy that has transcended generations. The path to its current stature as a farm, however, has been fraught with challenges. Throughout its history, the estate has faced trials brought on by agrarian, social, and economic hardships.

Coyametla Today

Our coffee is a single-origin bean, meaning it comes from a specific region – Finca Coyametla. This, combined with the unique interplay of humidity, rain, wind, and the very composition of our soil, imbues our coffee beans with exceptional organoleptic characteristics. The result? A cup brimming with exquisite aroma and flavor.

Beyond exceptional coffee, we strive for a holistic approach. Our mission encompasses three pillars: productivity, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. We achieve this through innovative cultural, environmental, and social practices, ensuring the sustainable quality of our product and verifiable traceability from farm to cup.
